We are a small company, so unfortunately we cannot offer free returns at the moment.
The return costs will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Return costs EU: The delivery costs depend upon the destination country.

To initiate a return, please follow the following steps:

◦ Inform us via email that you wish to return your order (please include the order number).
◦ Pack the article in its original packaging with all the other items received. Please pack it carefully to ensure safe transit.
◦ Fill out the cancellation form, which you can find here, and place it inside the box.
◦ Attach the return label to the box, which we send to you via e-mail.
◦ Drop off your parcel at a DHL branch or DHL parcel shop.

We offer returns within 14 days after you received your order, provided that the items are in their original condition, show no signs of wear, including deodorant and/or make-up marks, and are returned in the original packaging together with all the other items received.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this requirement.

To avoid any make up stains, we suggest using a scarf or other cloth to cover the face when trying on tops or dresses.
We also recommend trying on garments when clean and without wearing deodorant or other lotions, which can leave stains or marks.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your order, you may return the item for a refund and place a new order.
